Rental property is reasonable under a $900&they can work with people on they're electric but free maintenance free parking for residents only&parking for guests at least 1-car parking,if parked more than 24 hours the management office tows it away!they allow small animal'sor a dr.s note.!they have 1-2-3-&4 bed rooms!I've been here with my son for almost 7 years now!as far as anyone else We don't live like pigs!they do have studio appartment and 1-bedroom under $700.but do check for criminals records!but will give you a break depending upon your record.

BEWARE Stay far away from Ferland properties! They’re a bunch of fraudulent crooks. I’m being wrongfully charged almost $2000 for a carpet replacement that I didn’t damage, I only lived there for two years and that is considered normal wear and tear. After failing to prove the damage, Jason, the “Vice President” at the Ferland headquarters in Pawtucket told me that he couldn’t remove the charge from my account or settle for a more reasonable offer because he didn’t “have to”. These people at Ferland are making up ridiculous amounts in fraudulent charges just so they can get paid from the collection agency and mess up your credit.
