Very few nurses treat the patient with humanity, they check them when their medicine is due and meanwhile they shine by absence, if they are not aware the patients suffer much more because they are left unattended and in high temperatures those rooms are very hot and they are not keep an eye on these patients and you find them all sweaty, wrapped up and they don't clean them well, in short, if you can take your family member to another place, take him

The reason for my rating of 2 stars versus 1, is because there are a few good nurses and staff. BUT, some of the nurses and staff are very unprofessional and just don't seem to care about the resident's well being. On one of our weekly visits, it was very obvious that something was wrong with my mom, their response was she didn't sleep well the night before so she was tired. Later, I was told she had Covid. Aside, from the missing clothes, washed cell phone, being give someone else's hearing aides, there is a lack of communication between departments. After my mom died, I continued to receive their newsletter for about 2 months and even a letter asking if I wanted my mom to get her Covid booster shot!

Place is a joke. Worse place to have someone care for a loved one. Plus they let go of people that have worked there for years for not getting an experimental drug done on them. Deadline was October 1st not September 1st. And I recommend not working there place is scrubbed out and equipment is older than the people that were put in there.
