If I was not restricted by my location I would NOT deal with Cox Cable.
You can also ask for loyalty promotions - depending on what you are doing for televised entertainment, you might be able to reverse that and keep the internet and "cut the cord."
You can also call Customer service if you cannot get to the store.
Go to the Cox store and ask for these changes. They can do them all. And tell you what the new monthly charge will be. Keep in mind, however, that there will be a one-time charge for making these changes.
