They suggest sleds for children instead of strollers. Perhaps this would work for her.
I think she could see it from outside. But it's ice inside on the pathways. I don't think it's a good idea for anyone with walking difficulties.
I wouldn't recommend anyone with a walker to go in a slippery icy situation. But that's just me.
