Maybe you can book a time next year. As someone said it has been too warm and the castle is melting so periodically it is closed. They usually start in January and go till early March (depending on weather). I plan to book a trip in January 2023 before it starts to melt. My husband and I had nice time wandering around the castle enjoying the interesting formations and watching all the kids having a good time. We were there about 2 hours.

Don't waste your money for this place it's a huge disappointment been there around a week ago and it was a big disappointment for us
If march is declared to be a warm month they may not be open in fear the ice castles will melt one weekend got cancelled in February because temperatures were in the high 30s
