NH castle was closed on our ticket day. we followed the instruction and rescheduled our visit. We are supposed to receive confirmation in two days. We did not receive anything. What do we need to do. I promised my kids and want to come for visit.

It's very strange because they don't have a number to call. You have to fill a form on the website and they will reach out to you.
