Yes. There is an ice slide kids enjoy. The walking is no problem.
Bring a sled to pull them! No strollers!
A small sled is better than a stroller. Stroller will not push through the crushed ice you will be walking on while viewing. And definitely bundle up
As long as you have good cold weather gear for your toddler. The parking lot was very icy while we were there but all the paths we snow covered.
Kids would love it!
Make sure you bundle the toddler up good an bring a scroller just in case they get tired
