Why isn’t that phone number that was given to us to set appointments constantly busy cannot get through at all is there any other way to set an appointment to register my car re-register my car that was already registered

I have to register my overdue registration. How can I ... I missed the appt because it was so far away that I lost sight ... Now they do it only on line appt so I cannot check when my appointment was scheduled.... awful, want to do tight thing but impossible....

I downloaded an auto redial app to my phone and kept redialing until someone answered. The phone was always busy, then rang in two occasions and no one picked up. I got a very nice lady on the third successful call. The DMV is not processing registrations in person. You need to use the secure drop box at the front of the building. I saw someone being sent away from a service window and he was told that only license and permit transactions were being conducted in person. You can also renew the registration online.
