At my clinic & others I've been on, it takes 3 consecutive missed days and I believe the clinic can dismiss a client.Sometimes a clinic will immediately U.A. you to see if the reason you missed was fooling with "H" or something else.

Are you excepting new patients and do you have a waiting list? My doctor closed his practice & no one will take me & I'm about to withdraw! I need to get in right away!
