I used to use the Kingston NY clinic then it closed. It reopened and they tell me they no longer longer take my insurance...since 1986 they have. Now they want me to go to Poughkeepsie almost an hour away. You can't get a person on the phone. They don't call you back. I'm looking for another alternative. Don't use these people.

I had scheduled an appointment for January about 2 months ago. I called twice and left messages for someone to call me back to let me know what day my appointment was. Noone ever answers the phone there nor do they call their clients back. Im almost positive my appointment was the first week in January and am sure I missed it due to their negligence. I will never attempt another visit at this facility.

They never answer the phone especially when you have a phone appointment

So I call and to only be told that I need to test at home that they do not offer pregnancy test. Meanwhile website clearly states pregnancy testing and other services. Wow greatly disappointed at how quickly the female cut me off. Now I understand why young girls go and hide their pregnancy. Employees like that seem incompetent.

Hello, We have Financial Counselors who will help you get public or private insurance or financial help for the services we offer. If you are not able to obtain any public or private health insurance, our centers may still be able to offer you a lower fee, depending on your income and the services that you need. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay and we offer a sliding fee scale that is based on your family size and income.
Yes, however, for reproductive health purposes, not prenatal. According to this Planned Parenthood location: "if you choose to continue a pregnancy, we will provide you with a list of resources to help you obtain prenatal care."
