We had a birthday party today for my 14 year old daughter. The hosts were wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. They took care of anything we needed and checked on us several times. I would absolutely recommend a party here!

The entrance is immediately across from the movie theater in the mall
You should expect it to take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. It depends on how the people in front of you and how you are doing.

You can do either. I recommend in person in case it is really busy
It is upstairs across from forever 21 and next to the movie theater. Best entrance would be downstairs by forever 21 and five guys. Probably the parking ramp.
In a single adventure, 12 is the maximum. If you are planning a large outing, we can handle as many people as you can bring. There are three adventures that each start every fifteen minutes, so even if you have 50 people, 100, or more, we can accommodate you in less than an hour's time.
