I was assualted in Rhinebeck and the deputy insisted I was lying. Even though I have a medical record with assualt as the diagnosis. The sheriffs department is more concerned about harassing law abiding citizens. If you need help call the state police.

Just got harrased by a deputy with an improper traffic stop he also had the nerve to threatened me with an invalid ticket and calling cps if this continues will be filling harrasment charges

I am a licensed gun dealer. What is the form I need to fill out for the pistol bureau? Also, can I sell a hand gun to anyone in NY or only Dutchess County?

You can get any firearm forms such as selling, transfer, ccw permits and more on the DC sheriff website, walk-in to grab a form in person, or you can call for more information at 1 845-486-3800. Regulations and laws on selling firearms can be found on the NY State websites.
