After I went there I feel in my personal experience reviews aren't fair cause personal is very attentive and polite. I took like 2 hours there but still came out with a satisfactory result of the service I was looking for wich was getting my mother enrolled in Medicaid

Yes so long as the child is in full attendance, the father has to pay child support up until age 21 or till said child finishes college, not too sure, but I know the minimum age in school, even a trade school is 21. Hope i was able to help.

Yes she can. Tell her to fill out an app for Medicaid. Bring proof of residence, income and ID. If they need anything additional they will let her know but that will get her started. Tell her also ask the worker about Emergency Medicaid to have while she's waiting for the application to be approved.
Your best option is to either call or go in and grab the application. They have them in the lobby when you walk in
