This McDonalds is horrible!!!! I just ordered 2 happy meals which had to be returned due to them making the burgers wrong and a #1 with only Mac sauce. I asked for one plain and the other with only mustard for the happy meals (nothing difficult). I had to wait for them to correct it then when the employee came outside to bring it to me (of course I had to wait) under the happy meal boxes were soaked. He left so fast he didn’t hear me calling him. I knocked on the doors because they were locked but no one came. I went to the other side, same thing happened. I had to go back in drive thru. The manager comes out asking what’s the problem. I told him, he asked where was the rest of the stuff in the happy meal box. Sir I gave you back what the employee gave me so if something is missing that’s what you guys always do here so I’m not surprised. He asked for my receipt. BTW…The manager still didn’t apologize at this point.I said she didn’t give me one. We went back in fourth for 15-20min. He still didn’t apologize.I told him the complete order. He came back with 18.75 which was wrong. I told him I was charged 20.62. He basically called me a liar and he wouldn’t ask the employee who took my money (I’m not going to ask the person who started this)Is what he said. I said I know you charge extra for sweet tea and that’s the drinks I got. He said maybe I just gave her more as like a tip. Then tried to tell me a day someone told him to keep a few extra dollars. He also tried to tell me when you return things you don’t get your full refund such as Walmart. I asked why would a Co. keep the taxes on something that was returned meaning not purchased. I had to leave. I was mad at myself for staying long as I did. Shawn you are terrible with Customers, you have no respect, accountability, understanding or empathy. You need these things to work in Customer service. Our interaction could have made the news today if I was a different person. BTW The doors were locked due to water being flooded in the kitchen area…not the dining area. This is why I wanted to return the whole order. I was thinking someone had to drop the boxes for them to be that wet and to still give it to me was wrong and for that it’s no way I was eating from there and will never again!!

Online says it’s open 24 hours but if you go 1/2am someone gets on & says “sorry we’re closed” 😂🙃 it must be nice. Do better McDonald’s

Ordered on the app, for curbside pickup - a chicken sandwich & a Mocha drink. Waited 26 min, before realizing they must have forgotten about me. So, I walk up to the entrance, but it's locked. I had to look crazy & yell to the man at the drive thru window to ask him if they could check into my order. He immediately found it & handed it to me thru the drive thru window. They need to pay more attention attention to mobile orders, or if not they shouldn't accept them. Some location won't allow curbside pickup after a certain time, only drive thru. I felt ridiculously rude having to interrupt the cars in the drivethru to walk over & yell across them. The only reason I gave more than 1 star was bc the man working the window was very nice.

Cashier guy was friendly. The window girl was nice. Whoever packed our order forgot 1 bacon double burger and when told, replaced it with a double with No Bacon! Food was barely warm too. Not always bad service there but it sucks when it's bad.
