Worst place to deliver, staff do not want to work and unload the trailers if they arrive early. So do not try to come early and get seriously disappointed at this place. By the way we drove from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 for a delivery that was booked here at 12 noon. We were told to go away and come back at 1:30pm when we arrived back at 1:30pm they still want us to Waite here for another hour before anyone could check us in and provide us a dock. Rocket 🚀 science.

Chewy's customer service is the nest I have experienced, not only once but twice. Both were very helpful. I could only wish more companies had even half as good customer service.

So easy to order online and fast delivery. Shelves at local markets are empty every week, so this is the best reliable option for having food stocked up for our pets. Great prices too!!!

Depends on what shift , on outbound, A shift is Sun.-Wed. 6am to 4:30pm, B shift is Wed.-Sat. same hours. F shift is Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri. same hours. G shift is Fri-Mon, same hours. I hope this helps.

They switch it up between the shifts to try and make it as fair as possible for all shifts. So 1 day a week per shift. If mandatory is presented

I have delivered for this company with swift, but i also so a lot of truckers picking up product. If you need it in bulk for your store, im sure they will provide the delivery for you.
