Drove four hours out just to come here and get my license and they called RIGHT before my appointment to cancel. They were rude and did NOTHING to help! I know I’ll never go back! The employees need to be fired and new ones need to be hired with better training!

The gal who assisted me was very professional. The place was sanitized after each person was at the counter and protocol for visiting with an assistant was also very good. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked to bring the right things for my enhanced license, but I have another appointment for that in two weeks.

"Customer Service " means COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Especially in such a REMOTE AREA it is critical to ANSWER YOUR PHONE to make appointments and answer questions your recording does not cover so people don't make a 2+ hour round trip just to make an appointment to drive another 2+hour trip or get questions answered.

So there’s lots to say about the Omak DMV. Its where I got my first license along with so many more. Let’s just say that I strongly feel the employees there are in no way, nice, knowledgeable, helpful or deserving of that government post. I have been there multiple times perthere request for more documents. Each time returning with what they asked for!!! only be told “NO” because of my rural lifestyle (ie) my bills do not get delivered to my house. The main bills are in the name of the generational ranch business not me personally. Mail gets sent to a PO Box out here, the government won’t deliver up this road. “My birth certificate says omak Wa” on it but I have to prove by a bill or legal documents...... so I went to the court house and got proper documentation “a seat belt ticket that had my physical address on it from a cop no less” and was told “NO” again. But the real burn was the way all of them sat there snobbish like and so unwilling to understand the situation in rural farm America. I don’t get TV, I don’t want one = no bill to show them, I don’t have a cellphone plan!!! it doesn’t work down at my house so I have a cheap one I use in the summer,= no bill to show them, I don’t have the power in my name the land is still property of my father and of corse will be until the day he dies= no bill to show them. It’s stupid that these people can sit there and be so unhelpful and enjoy it. I watched them giggle as they turned a nice old lady away today. Sham sham sham on them. Something needs to be done about this. More then half our county uses the P.O. box not physical address this is unallowable. And then to have such bad service on top of it. I will never tell anyone to move into this area due to the lack of good government employees. These people were horrible to there customers and it seemed like it’s was a fun game to them. They didn’t really offer any good help to any of the groups I watched approach the desk. Bad bad bad DMV.
