Communication and sales process was very good and smooth. Dave offered to deliver the truck to my location and showed-up right on time. The vehicle was as described and Dave ensured that he walked me through all of the settings, setup and features while patiently answering all of my questions. I was pleased with the transaction and service provided by the dealer. The rating for only 4 stars is the due to the number of scented hangers in the vehicle. A clean vehicle should not need air fresheners and they are a bit overwhelming, even after removal and a lot of airing-out. I recommend this dealership.

My experience working with Jess auto has been a stark contrast to many of my other dealership experiences. I enquired online and live west of the cascades so communication was mostly via phone, txting, and email at first. The salesperson Dave Blue I worked with was professional, quick to answer questions, transparent with the condition of the vehicle, and kept me updated throughout my buying process. He went above and beyond in every way possible. A pleasure to work with. He was in no way that cliche polyester suite clad overbearing, sales hungry, used car salesman we all dread working with. I drove the 4 hours or so to Jess and did a test drive and pulled the trigger on the truck. It was a painless no haggle buying experience. Was able to drive away in about 1 1/2 hours. I financed a portion of my purchase and the rate was terrific. I worked worked with Jessica who was clear with her explanations, efficent with her paperwork, and detailed as well. I will be looking to work with Jess auto and Dave again in a few years when I need my next vehicle. It was a terrific transparent buying experience and was worth the drive. I would do it again.
