Thanks for chiming in, Milo, very helpful. We should probably add that we require all customers to wear a properly fitted mask, which fully covers their mouth and nose. We provide hand sanitizer and ask that folks use it before looking with their hands (we fully appreciate it is necessary to 'commune' with the crystals when deciding upon which ones to purchase). We have invested in 3 air purifiers which are in constant operation while the store is open and we further improve air circulation by opening doors and windows whenever possible. We also may limit the number of people in the store to prevent over-crowding, so you might have to wait on the porch for a little while... but we do have comfortable seating, a patio heater and free wi-fi, so it shouldn't be too much of a burden. Finally, for those we can't tolerate wearing a mask, we can offer contact free online and personal telephone shopping, with porch pick-up.
Masks always on, social distancing, and no physical contact with the staff. All the crystals are inside cases so you can't simply touch them all.
