Why managers don't answer the phone who can we contact when is happening

I'm use the same Walmart about 5 years ago and the customer service is really bad 🤢 nothing change , to many lazy employee.

Good store...great prices...you have to pick your time to shop there. If the lot is full and/or if they are low on shopping carts just go home or on to your next errand. I doubt Manager's or even the GM can get more budget for additional cashiers. I pick my times and do well there.

There was over 12 people plus 20 more in self check out when I left they gotta start paying more or giving people more hours that wanna work because they are loosing money some people even left there shopping carts full

If you are trying to reach them over nights they onoy have ine manager at a time now except for tuesdays
