I def have had the same experience. Not sure what to tell you, but they should have enough employees to answer the phone. However, it is a good in-direct way to drive customers to your website.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT DO TO COVID THIS STORE IS ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED TO THE POINT STORE SUPERVISOR'S AND HIGH MANAGEMENT ARE SEEN RUNNING CASH REGISTER'S AND STOKING SHELVES THEMSELVES RIGHT ALONG WITH REGULAR STAFF.. SO BE KIND BE PATIENT.. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY'RE DOING BETTER THAN MOST.. COULD USE SOME SELF CHECKOUT THOUGH
