I have been at the Ocoee location a few times, multiple times the staff has been rude. I went yesterday looking for an specific item; the bathroom was locked, asked the lady at the cash register for a key, she’s a regular worker with black medium short hair, who told me that the bathroom was out of service, Really?? I didn’t believe her at all, if that’s the case, then the store should be closed as well. I’m not sure what is going on at this store, but the environment is full of unhappiness! I hope the owner reads the reviews to take action into the matter.

I’ve gone there so many times and they always buy from me and I usually find good items, but I also walk out wondering why I keep going back. The arrogance and lack of friendliness is just awful. They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor buying your stuff. Don’t they know that the customers are their suppliers?

That Shucking Greenie

Traveled all the way from Ireland to visit my girlfriend in Florida, went to pick her up something nice from clothes Mentor and couldn't believe what the place had become from the last time I was in the states!! Staff was very nice but that new owner gave me the stink eye for being a little fruity 😳
