It is just that...an outlet. Not to be confused with a regular store. Many appliances, some electronics (yes I got what I was after) but hard to give it the full 5 just because it wasn't a regular store. Was not unhappy at all. Just not exactly what I expected.

Ummmm... Jumbled mess. Dented appliances abound - some are ridiculously priced for the damage they have. You might get lucky, but I doubt it. Not much floor help.

I’ve bought over 15k of appliances at the outlet. Yes, everything has a warranty. The manufactures warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic damage or defects due to being scratch and dent. I’ve utilized warranty many times for appliance failures. Best Buy phone customer service is terrible and you can expect to be hung up on multiple times before you reach a rep that honors their warranty. They tie the warranty to the product when you buy it. Check your purchases in your online account for the warranty
Being a almost 20 year Technology Professional, and having my own business, here is my recommendation. (1) If you have any sensitive data on it - back it up/move it to the cloud. (2) Remove the HD and use it on another computer, get an external inclosure and use it as a portable drive or hit it with a hammer and recycle it. (3) Recycle the computer and hard drive at your local dump. Orange County Florida has electronics recycling at the main dump and/or the porter stations in east/West Orange County. Hope that helps.
They do delivery and installation. As far as the products, it's like an open box store concept. When I was there they did have a number of Bosch dishwashers, but there is no guarantee on a specific model or style.
