I really like my doctor and the staff is nice, but they are horrible with appointments. Consistently every time I come to the doctor they don't see me for 45 minutes-1.5 hours PAST my appointment time. Like why even make an appointment. It's been the last 4 times I've been here. What a waste of time. It takes half the day for a 15 minute doctor appointment to get a refill.

After more than two years of the pandemic and a year ago today (May 3, 2022) Governor Ron Disantis had removed the obligation to wear a mask, in this establishment my husband was denied health service, they told him that if he did not wear the mask he could not be treated, everyone today must decide whether to use it or not, if you are sick or are prone to getting sick it is valid that you want to use it, but in our case we come for an annual check-up appointment, we are not nor infected with the flu or any other disease that threatens other people, it seems arbitrary to me, that they want to continue maintaining a rule that no longer applies in Florida, which was overthrown and issued by the Supreme Court of the United States, the rights of citizens must be above this, I am not against those who want to continue wearing their mask, but it is not fair that those who disagree with it and after being declared by law that it is not mandatory, l e be denied one of their basic rights, that of health. And as if that were not enough, I decided to stay wearing the mask, my appointment was at 11:20 am and I arrived before that time, and it was 12 and 13 minutes and I still had no hope of being attended, every time I asked what others ten minutes, they almost called her and at 12 and 13 I asked again and they told me that more or less another ten minutes, and well, I decided and left! What a lousy service, what a lack of respect, if they give you an appointment so far in advance, then the most logical thing is that they respect your turn, that they be late 10 minutes, well, it's not a big deal, but an hour or more? That is not right. Exactly the same thing happened to me last year, but even worse because it was for a bladder test, in which they made me drink liquid an hour before the test and obviously arrive with a full bladder, since it was more than an hour after my appointment time and I had to urinate because I couldn't take it anymore, what didn't matter to them, I couldn't enter the test, so in other words, dedicate yourself to another business because this is serving people, not objects, respect

Nurse Wanda has been Heaven sent. In recent months I had a cancer scare. Not only did she help me navigate my healthcare but she helped me get an appointment with Dr Beigi who was wonderful as well. Nurse Wanda gave me the support I needed during a very scary time in my life while Dr Beigi directed me to the right follow-up. Thank you both for your compassionate care. Eternally Grateful!

Each time I go there I always go to the ER next hours or next day
