I have to give credit where credit is due. I go there all the time and I could not be happier with the customer service . Each one of the staff is very friend and very helpful. No matter how sometimes an unhappy customer gets they keep moving forward with a smile on their face trying their best to make things right. You guys are awesome and I want to thank each of you for what you do. It’s hard in this fast pace world to make everyone happy but you guys are doing an awesome job! Thanks , keep it up !!

I visited this store on the 15th of July to drop off a package to UPS and also pick up some packaging tape. The gentlemen behind the counter scanned my package and my tape and as I was paying he said "Oh the price of the tape is nos $7.99 due to inflation", I then said wait a minute the price on the tape says $4.99 to which he responded "it is wrong", I then proceeded to say if they are not going to honor the price that the store put on the tape then to return it, and then I said you may want to let the owner know that is not good business, if I went next door to Publix and something was priced wrong Publix would honor the price, really any store would. He returned my money and I left, now 12 days later and my package that was dropped off is missing, coincidence? I think not, it has not even left the store to UPS, so now I get to go through the claims process. Do yourself a favor and go to the new store up by West Road, the extra few miles is worth the service you get.
