I like the way this publix is set up

This was the first time I was disappointed with Publix Deli. I was in line to order their delicious jerk turkey wrap for my FFA meeting, I was told someone would help me in a few minutes. I watched 3 workers in the back continue to do other tasks instead of helping me. One was counting flat bread and then made a phone call, another was working on the fryer and the rotisserie and the other packed some chicken, gave it to a customer and then goes in the storage room and come back and still not wait on me. There was a fourth worker assisting a customer on the hot food side. Now I understand when workers are busy and I have patience for it but I will give you about five to seven minutes. I almost waited 10 minutes 😩 and the other 3 still working in the back and two of them would look at me but still did not come and assist. So of course I left without my wrap because I needed to be at my meeting on time, My headache got worse because I needed some food. Therefore leaving my favorite Publix disappointed with the service.
