It ranges, I believe it starts at $300 up to a full months rent. But BE VERY CAREFUL make sure they keep to their word and that you get it ALL in writing. Especially any specials they've been known to screw people over when it comes to that. And it is OVER priced for what you get. If you have other options definitely consider looking around before finalizing. I lived here and from experience its quiet and never had problems with residents or every day living. Only main issue I can say is you are paying for location and nothing more. Yes it's quiet, no one bothers so that is a plus here. But what you get for the price isn't worth it at all. Flooring is cheap, everything inside is cheap from faucets to appliances. Far from worth it for units that are just under 1000 sq. Ft.
Check your unti before moving in...I have mold in my unit and they are telling me that they is nothing the can do for me, I have bought 2 dehumidifier and it still dont help
