My friends that are or have worked at Walmart say employees are not treated very well. I have one friend whose worked 32 hrs a week for a few years sometimes more, but they won't give her health insurance, they make ridiculous rules for the employees. What i hate most Is they display prices on shelves for products but they ring up higher and this is done very often. I find them a very dishonest company.
Half of them don't even know what Walmart's sell or they will wickedly say we don't sell that abs then I find the exact item they don't sell
Not true to my experiences
I have found that MOST Walmart employees are both friendly and helpful. As with any other large enterprise, there are always a few lazy, rude, and/or unsociable people who hurt the image of their employer. These folks get weeded out eventually and the organization is the better for it.
