Did a quick overnight but it was clean and the workers were all super nice and fun. Always makes the experience better when you arrive to happy smiling faces.

One of the Best places to Camp in Jacksonville Florida. Full hook ups on site including 50Amps, Sewage, Water, Cable and WiFi. They have a small eatery that caters to lunch and dinner. There is a Gym...if you like. They have Golf Cart Rentals and a small Pool along with Kiddy Park. The best is the Spring fed lake with NO Alligators. The water is warm and inviting. You can bring all of your water toys...Kayak, Paddle Boards, Floaties etc. or you can rent them there on site. They have Karaoke every Friday Night along with other special events throughout the week, like concerts and such. You can rent and spot or come for just a day pass which is really cheap. There are people who even live there long term on camp sites. They also rent Yurts and Tiny Homes, which our friends stayed while we were there. We rented the Best Spot on site which is located right next to the Best Tiny House which was right across the street from the Lake and the Restaurant. We stayed for the Labor Day Holiday weekend and it was a blast. The entire facility was full to capacity but we still felt comfortable and carefree. Definitely a place to consider for your camping needs.

We checked in and our spot was very difficult to get into with a 5th wheel. The site had no grill, no fire pit and no picnic table. When we spoke to them they told us only premium sites came with those items. Had we known that ahead of time we could have brought what we needed, we traveled 600 miles and it was disappointing as we requested some sort of refund because we left, nothing was done. I'n these times to retain good customer relations as we would have gone back. Is crucial for su cess. My suggestion is to ask as much questions so you can make better decisions. The holiday weekend doesn't start for another day and sure they will fill the spot. We did ask for an alternate site and they said everything was booked and yet there were total open spots. I also was told that someone would reach out to me from my Google review and it's been over a week. Pretty disappointed I definitely would not recommend they are not willing to work with you at all. Would not recommend.

Sure come and try it and see what happens. Does the website say it is???????
Their free wifi is ok but iffy ... you get better service if you "pay" the monthly " $30.
All of pricing can be found on our website, including monthly rates. www.flamingolake.com
I personally have not seen any, but I never went to the lake either. I was stationed 1 LANE OVER from the "Lake lane" lot 219 closer to I 295. I stayed there as a resident from November 2021 thru May 1st 2022 ... No news of alligator attacks or sightings LOL ... Due to a "new" Florida thing of ridiculous rate hikes in housing or Rv living AND Flamingo Lake being sold, I encountered a lot increase from $ 900 to $1200.00 plus $65 for electric. I believe the " lake lane" went up to $1,600.00 a month, I decided to go to another Rv a park over an hr away that does have alligators lol ... On my last day there, I saw 2 kids on those bikes with big wheels and have never seen any aligators walk out of the lake and go past me in any way, shape or matter unless it was one of those Green alligator Inflatables ...
What do you want to know.
I use to rent one on Friday to Monday morning it was about 200.00 for the 4 days but not sure .
They do not rent campers they have cabins and yurts They have campsites depends on the site whether it be lake side or not and it ranges depending on your hook up needs but 60 to 80 a night
Yes they have all different rates. Yearly are a little cheaper.
They do have family friendly community events that are advertised in advance. I havent ever seen a food truck here, though.
Yes, they are there now, at least they were there when we were..
Call the office. I dont think so.
It has certainly changed for the worst and then price increases for far less amenities like curbside trash pickup and live bands on weekends not to mention the office hours cut way down and nobody patrolling every night. Our rent has increased 500 a month in the last 14 months. Big Corporate is out for big profit Damn the people
I've heard of no such events or activity for couple meet up. They have other activities that everyone at the resort enjoys.
Depends on ths temp
They will as long as its a clean unit.
No but Sun RV needs to, grass is long, new palm trees and new landscaping planted are dying from lack of water and care. No longer picking up trash from the sites and litter is in the lake and in the woods. No longer escorting campers to their sites and if a camper is parked on someone elses site on purpose, the camper who is supposed to have that site is put elsewhere instead of making the wrong right. Sad from where it was before the property was sold.
Haven't heard yet, check the fb page and ask a question if you dont want to call.
I don't sorry was in Rv
Yes you can
The lake is open but to camping guests and residents only. No outside daily visitors are being allowed this summer. The large slides and the obstacle course will not be placed in the lake this summer in order to keep the crowds down at the beach unfortunately .
The park was quiet and no evidence of unrest. It's a small community a little ways from the city center. We love the park.
You can rent a little cabin, and golf carts to drive around the resort
You can have packages mailed to the office, but not regular mail.
In a tent? No. I have never seen tents while we've visited. There are rv and camper lots, cabins and yurts avail to rent out but I have never seen tents.
Yes. It depends on what you want to do. If you going to use the inflatables at the family fun zone is it $17 for an adult for Monday-Thursday and $22 on the weekends. If you just want to swim on the man made beach I believe it is only $5.
There was a waiting list when we where there. But new sections opening up. So you really need to call.
No set amount of time as long as you pay the lot fee. Different rates depending on where your located and number of guests. 2 are included in rate and 3 dollars a day for additional guests
Yes they do
They're open, but I'm not sure if there are available spots.
No there not
Depends on location. And time of year. Starts 61.00 a night regular lot goes to 94 a night for lakeside with deck....CC and Cash
It's safe. No need to be worried.
Google says about 18 miles, South.
yes they were there in April this year
When we were there in April of this year 2018. They allowed golf carts.
You should be able to get local tv with a simple antenna
You pay 15 to swim without camping
There's a lot where you can park trailers and such. Like a holding lot. As far as storage like for small personal items or household items, no.
I believe $700/mo is correct. But lakeside lots are more, just not sure how much more. Call the office, they'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
Didn't know they had this wonderful service in the past. One bad apple always spoils the bushel. Maybe they could ask, should they reinstate this wonderful idea, for a Dr. note stating how many days the patient will be receiving treatment. Not a demand, but the note would move them up the list. Patients choice.... Maybe the Drs secretary could email it or the patient could scan it.. Just a thought
I have no idea what famango legs are
We just reopened an hour ago. Limited services for today but we are open
Turtles where in the water. Small baby ones .yes thier are bass and brim, my husband was fiishing.its a great time
