According to one of the office ladies, about 85% of their guests are there year-round.
Yes..they do..many people are there long term..I loved the restaurant too!
You can stay for a weekend or some I have talk to have been here for 3 years. Park is very clean no junk RV's. With store, restaurant, laundry and fishing lake. Very pleased! Staying 6 months
