Stayed here twice. Once at the main lot and once a block down the road at the second lot. First stay wasn’t bad. Nice park with nice facilities. Second stay was down the road at the other park. Nowhere near as nice for the same price. Had electrical issues at their breaker box from day one. This continued for two weeks and was given the run around about it being fixed so much that I decided to leave and stay at Flamingo. Have a 2017 Montana and have never had this issue anywhere else.

We just left Sunny Oaks 3 weeks ago. There probably isn't a waiting list. It's actually a very peaceful and quiet place.
Yes, we are regulated to have guests stay up to 6 months in a lot. If you need to stay longer we can accommodate by moving you to another space.
It is $200/week + tax. This is for a 50 amp back in site with full hook-ups
Two pets are allowed. In some circumstances we will allow more with office approval.

I pay $535. For 30 amp hook up,sewer,water, and Wi-Fi is free. Laundry onsite 2 washers and 2 dryers $1.50 per load. Onsite playground fenced in.
We do not rent out RVs or cabins at this time, but both Pecan Park RV Resort and Flamingo Lakes RV Resort have those types of rentals. Best of luck to you!

Hi Nathan, We work very hard to create a safe, family-oriented RV Park that is crime-free. For extra safety, we recently added a high-end security system throughout our park. It is good to note, however, that we are in an urban area on the northside of Jacksonville. We are located about 15 minutes from downtown and a quick exit off of I-295. We have over 100 RV spaces that are mostly wooded and serene. Currently, we are undergoing a major re-development and adding 120 new RV spaces. Hi Shannon, Our monthly rent rates are: 30amp/$535 (inc tax) and 50amp/$588 (incl tax). Yes we allow pets with approval from our office (no aggressive dog breeds). Thank you !

Good afternoon, Our one bedrooms run $675 a month with a $675 deposit. All homes are fully remodeled and rent includes water, sewer, trash and landscape.
