I dont think that is a department inside the store.
There are usually one or less people working electronics when i visit. So I'm sure that person keeps very busy. Maybe too occupied to answer the phone.
Are you talking about electronic? If so it's because they are on the floor helping others
Everytime I am there, there's only 1 employee working in the department. Regardless of day of week or time of ay. Sad too.
