The answers are correct below, the lake is as clear as other lakes (not very) and yes there are some gators in the lake as is true of almost every body of water in Florida. There is enough room to water ski, I think the lake is 250 acres so decent sized. We also own Lake Bryant Resort down the road exactly 3 miles and there is a boat ramp right there, and Lake Bryant is bigger then Mill Dam Lake. Both have gators and the water is the same clarity. Is clear ,few gators but lots of little vessels .
I'm talking about around the month of April
Haven't seen any skiers on it. Just 1 speed boat and fishing boats. Small lake. Clear as other lakes i guess. Seen lots of skiers on lake weir
