Shannon, the current rates as of today's date (7/27/2020) are as follows: for a 1 bedroom cabin we're currently charging $125/night with a 2 night minimum. $320 for 3 nights, $425 for a week and $1150 for the month. We have a lower monthly rate of $995 for 6 months or more. We will accept up to 4 people in the 1 bedroom cabins. We can accept dogs for a $50 pet fee for 2 nights up to 1 week, or $100 for 2 weeks to a month or $100 per month for longer stays. There is a 2 pet maximum and a weight limit of 30 lbs. We also have 2 bedroom units available that are $150/night with a 2 night minimum, 3 nights is $395, a week is $475 and monthly $1350 for stays 6 months or less.
