Very shady.. Absolutely wouldn't recommend anyone trying to rent from here. I saw a post on Craigslist for a studio apartment, I called on Friday. She asked who would be staying there. I then told her it was for my fiance, my baby, and I. The woman on the phone told me to call back Monday after 10 am as there were a few repairs getting done over the weekend. I called on Monday three times, no answer. I then called off my sisters phone and she answered and said the repair guy had a family emergency and probably wouldn't hear from him for at least a week. I went on Craigslist today to look for other places and saw the ad had been reposted. My fiance stepdad then called and asked about the apartment just to see what she would say and she then informed him that she had just rented it out. If she didn't want to rent it to a family with a baby she should've just said that.

Asked about RV lot for rent. You have to talk to staff through tiny window. Female has a bad vibe. Boyfriend was sitting at a desk rolling his eyes at my questions. I simply took my business right down the street at "the springs". Paid a year in advance.
