Staff was friendly and forest. No cable or internet at our specific site, check. Great OTA reception and choice. Many long term units, some occupied. Clean facilities. Appears geared to seasonal occupancy. Nice pool, pickle ball, shuffleboard and laundry areas. On the quieter side of Ocala near the state park and forrest.

Sorry you heard that but it's not true. Wilder does thorough background checks on all their guests staying more than a few weeks. Assertive management stays a top any issues before they become problems in the park. The guest community is strong and would alert management to any Rif Raf. The Springs offers guest a great RV'ing experience for a night, week or as long as you'd like to stay.

They are NOT pet friendly if you have ANY dog that is considered "aggressive". This includes breed-specific discrimination, and if your dog barks at anyone or THEIR dog, you will be kicked out. BEWARE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY. THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
The Springs RV Resort is not a apartment building complex!I suggest Apartment.com for your apartment needs,but if you want to live in a RV is a recreational vehicle! Merry Christmas,and a Happy New year to you Perry Times,and others!
If you pass a background check and credit history, the annual lease is $300 plus electric.
You have WiFi in the office,and once you sign up for a year you get the password,but it will only work in the office!That I know!
