Yes, you can surrender an adopted animal. It's highly unlikely you'll get a refund but you can take them back and surrender them to the shelter.

You can return and adopted dog any time without an appointment within the first thirty days. After that you'll just need an appointment to return a pet. We do not offer refunds on returned pets and based on the reason for return, you could be placed on a do not adopt list.
