We have a couple of different options for adoption. You can adopt in person at the shelter, or set up a virtual appointment. It sounds like a virtual appointment may be best for you. We completely understand having a hard time walking through the kennels. We aim to make the adoption experience a happy one and to accommodate everyone who wants to adopt from us. Follow their Facebook page. You can see photos of the dogs, and then schedule a time to meet the dogs you're interested in. I've pulled two dogs out of that shelter myself. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. And you can tell they genuinely want what's best for their animals.
