New dogs come in to the shelter every day (unfortunately). You can see the animals available to adopt at https://www.guilfordcountync.gov/our-county/animal-services/animal-shelter/animal-adoption-gallery I encourage you to also visit the shelter. You can go in and walk through the two dog adoption rooms and see the many dogs they have.
As above these are mostly rescues
Check their website i got my mastiff lab mix dog from their i recommend this dog named Camille she is awesome i dont their but we go their a lot.
If i was you i would check the website. But i did not see any. Plus an animal shelter is not usually the best place to find pure breed dogs
