Cant get through on the phone to talk to any one. No walk Ins. You call Put you on hold like you is the next in line to talk to someone.for 15 min?? Then recording comes on we are experiencing a high volume of calls right call back later??

Same with me. They never answer and everyone you speak to wants to get you to hang up. This place is a sham. How do I report them?

I've been having same problem. Sent half the day on hold, only to be unceremoniously hung up on due to " high call volume" . Who knows I could have been next in the cue. But the clock keeps ticking until I lose power. Aggravating!
