Absolutely awful! My mother is 87 years old and had to wait several hours today for a pickup. Last week they completely lost her appointment. Ever since they starting announcing their merger, they have become more inconsistent an unreliable in appointments. There are few options for senior citizens who do not drive and this is one less that can be relied upon.

Always kind & patient drivers. These folks operate the lift with care & offer assistance with seating when needed. The app can sometimes be frustrating. If you can't book your desired route at your desired time, a quick call to customer service usually resolves any issues. My experience has been overall very good for accuracy of outbound pickup times & nearly as good for return times. Get the app to track your ride, it's great for constantly updated arrival times. The vans are always clean and I've never had an issue with plenty of open seating. Unfortunately, I've had to take a star off for comfort. While the seats are fine, these vehicles are designed to haul a heavy load and you can definitely feel the potholes & bumps. For what it's worth, if you're lucky enough to get one of the newer, smaller (electric?) vans, the interior is much more inviting and the suspension is far more forgiving on uncomfortable roads. I'm grateful for the service. You folks get me where I need to go at a reasonable price with excellent staff both at the vehicle and over the phone. Thank you ParaTransit!

Waited with an elderly woman for hours ,numerous times. They’ve been on time probably twice out of 10 times. Don’t trust them.

Passes are available for people who have enrolled in the program. If your relative is not already signed up, you can find the application online or call customer service between 8 and 5 weekdays.

Call dispatch
Call customer service and they can transfer you to that department. You'll have to leave a voicemail message and hope they call you back. I only called once, but they never called me, so you may have to be persistent.

🤔
No But we go near the college an winco store
Paratransit only covers regional transit areas. Roseville is served by roseville transit system.
Fourteen dollars an hour drivers who are in training or beginning their jobs.
No, but they go to the Roseville transfer station off Auburn Blvd
Paratransit does not go to the City of Davis. Only locations in Sac County. So, if it is a UC Med facility in Sac County (there are some) then yes.
Paratransit Inc rents accessible mini vans. So for example, if you have a family member using a wheelchair you need to take somewhere, you can rent a ramp equipped van. Or, if you have a disability and can't, for example, drive using your legs, they have vans with hand controls you can rent.
Just call and they will give you info
