I’ve had horrendous experiences with this organization every time I have to deal with them. Don’t give this organization your money. They have cost me thousands of dollars by delaying my credentials and renewals. It’s unethical.

THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. You have to wait about 65 minutes if you call by opening time 9am . If not expect to wait hours until it hangs up I am not exaggerating either. It will take more than a month for them to review anything DO NOT EXPECT anything sooner .A company who takes so much money can not move any slower probably their pockets are to heavy and people need to switch to CADTP to humble them a bit. NOTHING BUT BAD EXPIRIENCES with this organization. Everybody putting positive reviews is either lying or knows someone who works at this place. Professors and colleagues warned me about this place, I should have listened. The employees are understanding and I do not blame them they are most likely over worked and underpaid

I received the best help from Foni Nijjar! She helped me with everything I needed. I really appreciate it! Thank you.

I’ve been a member since 2014 and this will be the last year I renew my membership. I have had nothing but bad experiences trying to renew credentials. It takes months for these people to answer emails. It’s a shame that there is not another credentialing body to go to. Unfortunately, if you are in the substance abuse field, you have to go through them. It’s a racket. If you are thinking of moving into the social work field, don’t bother getting a credential through them. Just get your BSW or MSW. CCAPP is a total waste of time, money, and energy.

Hi Kurt, you are welcome to come to one of our offices as John suggested. However, you may want to call 800-564-5927 and speak with a credentialing assistant. Our average wait times are well under 10 minutes to speak with someone.
If you are a CADC II you are allowed to be a counselor at a DUI program. You cannot conduct DUI counseling or education services without being a licensed DUI Program by DHCS.
Please check which states are member boards of IC&RC here: https://internationalcredentialing.org/memberboards
As of 10/01/18 all portfolios are done through certemy.

The 2 year period from your valid date to expire date.
Are you looking for our office or for a CCAPP Academy class?
RADTs require supervision to sign off on hours towards certification.
Go up there and walk in talk to chevon
CADCs may work at DUI programs, actually, DUI counselors must be certified. If you are meaning you want to do them on your own, the answer is you cannot without being licensed as a program. DUI programs must be licensed by DHCS. Contact DHCS DUI division for information on getting licensed.
Are you looking for a treatment program? If so, you can visit our program listing at https://ccappmembership.org/index.php/program-search to find a CCAPP member program.
There are many requirements to becoming a licensed DUI Treatment Program. You may want to contact the State Department of Health Care Services, DUI Division for details.

I believe you hold onto your stamped booklet until your ready to renew, then you will get the credit for them. Your booklet is your CEUs

For a full listing of approved CE providers, visit www.ccappeducation.org and click on "Search for CEU Providers."
From what i understand if you fail a module you can repay to take it over
Search the internet. PESI frequently has that training
You have to call them for that stuff
Renew your credential before it expires. Www.ccapp.us
The RADT application and Membership are two completely separate things. Marcy is in education. For membrrship issurs, contact Connie in membership. For RADT issues contact Debbie in registration.
They can't do the final review until the last week prior to your recertification date.
Talk to Marcy Martinez at CCAPP on Marconi in Sacramento California
You better call the office. This isn't as easy as just getting the ceu's
At least 30 days
Questions like these should be directed to the office via telephone
Are you referring to the 9 hour course for an RADT or CEUs for credentialing?
Go to the ccapp website and use the certemy link. It will take you through the process
Better plan to submit everything 60 days in advance. CCAPP is having major problems with even looking at renewal before your actual renewal date. One of my coworkers had her certication lapse because she uploaded a document 2 times by mistake, thinking she had got them all, when actually one didn't get uploaded at all. CCAPP didn't even look at her renewal until 3:15 pm on the day before she expired. They sent her an email , but she was out of the office and didnt get it until after her cert expired and HR suspended hwr from work. Calling CCAPP is terrible because you can wait on hold for hours. I am a past President of the CAADAC board of directors and I'm not happy with the current process. Good luck, I have to renew in January and hope they work things out. She ended up going to the office in person and finally was able to figure out what went wrong and got it resolved, but not before she was suspended at work.
They have become notoriously bad at this.
Call the office
I called the office and was on hold for 1hour and 20 mins !! When I finally talked to someone I got disconnected. I called back and pressed a number so I can talk to someone about my renewal and she transferred me to a voice message . I’m trying to talk to anyone that can help me . I downloaded some of my hours on Certemy, but was not able to download all of them . I faxed a letter with my hours and my email address but no response. My certification expired in February so I have been doing this since January. This is a complete nightmare.
CAADE can no longer certify anyone, they lost their credential. Contact CCAPP
You better call them and be prepared to stay on hold, sometimes an hour ir more. They are overwhelmed with all the transfers and renewals and are trying to prioritize according to date of potential lapse. They are gaving severe problems with trying to manage the influx of requests
No, you needed to transfer it
Download the renewal form from ccapp website or use the certemy option to renew, you will have to upload your ceu's etc. And electronically sign.
