If you enjoy confusion and unpredictable departure times, this is the place for you. You can count on CTP 3 to be late daily, sometimes not show at all. In most cases you are not paid, because there is no accountability. There is absolutely no accountability from the CTP 3 supervisor. After notification of a no show, his only recourse is to cancel the shift. Which means the staff working is now locked into another employees schedule. This would be fine, if planned, or scheduled , but not the case. Just grown folks coming to work late or whenever suits them. Like I said, if you like confusion and unpredictable departure times

The initial interview for my daughters with special needs was very promising, and the InAlliance staff made many promises, but two years later and they yet to deliver! Quality of service fluctuates depending on staff member working with the person with disabilities. We had really one good staff out almost six staff members. One staff member neglected my daughter and caused her to go into a heat shock then another started reporting birth-marks on my daughter as if abuse marks. Staff use this to escape certain clients, abuse the system of mandatory reporting to pick and chose, especially if the staff prefers to be in an office rather in the field. The manager needs much training as she never answers her calls, then blames you for not calling, when in fact she has two assistants screening her calls/responsibilities. When we complained about the negligence and false reporting they got very defensive and started harassing my disabled daughter. Do not be taken by flashy promises and keep track of all communications. Better yet, whatever you do; do not trust this manager Andrea L. or even her boss Andrea C. They both abuse the system to keep their jobs. They come across as caring and really want to provide excellent services; maybe they could if they actually worked for the program! Do not trust them with your loved ones. They are very limited with community sites and you end up waiting and waiting but they never deliver what they promise. I gave them one star because I could not give zero stars; because of their abusive behavior hiding behind loopholes in the system. They are very good at hiding facts and sweeping mistakes under the rug! BE VERY CAREFUL AND KEEP AN OPEN EYE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES. God forbids that you point out their mistakes or lack of staff training. BTW staff are high school graduates with zero knowledge of caring for persons with disabilities or Autism, they are in for the pay check-very sad!
