I have about 1000+ diecast car varrying from matchbox, hotwheels, and racing champions is this a good place to get them all appraised?

There are a few Toy Buyers there. Appraisal of Hot Wheels could be better done on your own using a Buyers Guide or the Internet.

There's actually multiple booths here at Frank's its actually a great place to get an appraisal on your collection

I would go there first and see if anyone collects them and ask if you two can work something out, but I bet you'll find someone.
