Yes they do. You will have to shop around as there are many sellers. Some that sell bulk some that don't . Ask around and I recommend doing your homework before you go.
Definitely do your homework on bulk cards. You wanna both make best profits. There are many sellers you'd have to ask every booth
That is up to the individual vendors there. You would have to go booth by booth to see if anyone is interested and if so negotiate the price they would offer you.
