Try Acetone. Test a small spot first to make sure your not hurting the surface. This happened to me once I did nothing but a couple loads of some old rags and after that it stained the dryer but didn't get on my clothes
Try the magic eraser. IF you end up using a chemical cleaner, make sure to let it air out and dry thoroughly before using dryer again.
I would ty a mr. Clean eraser
