It's been more than 15 months since they started what they estimated to be a 5 month project. They've done many things well, and many things dead wrong. Progress has slowed to a snail's pace with no explanation as to why. Most days (for the last three months) no work is done. I've been asking for weeks what their new estimated completion date is and have gotten no response. They have NEVER apologized for any of their errors, several of which are nearly impossible to correct. I'm hoping that they will soon understand the importance of communication and finally make properly finishing this project a priority. I hope to have positive things to say when I update this review. ------------------- UPDATE: I wish I had something positive to say, but after reading the builder's response to my review I have only corrections to his misleading words. No, Appelman has not addressed the issues. They still (after nine weeks of asking) have not given me any clue as to what work (if any) is scheduled for the next two weeks. They have also still not given me their "new" estimated completion date for over five months. They are now in the 16th month of what they estimated to be a five month project. The third sentence of their response is an outright lie. During the past five months there have been less than 50 days that any work has been done on our project. We have a camera (that they have always known about) that takes a picture every eight minutes, every day. It is quite obvious when no one is there. They included the word "apologize" in their response to you, but have NEVER apologized to me for anything. They have a list of problems that they agreed to correct that we both signed back in March. Most of those items have still not been completed. Appelman has made no "offer of resolution" and continues to keep me in the dark as to what they might be doing or plan to do. The "scope of work"​ also known as "our Contract"​ has never changed without an agreed, signed change-order. ​There is no valid excuse for them being ELEVEN MONTHS past the original completion date.

Don't waste your time working for them or work with them. They are dishonest and not the best. Some of the good reviews are from them. Save your time and look for a good professional company. EDIT To be clear, Miss Carrisa Bradford who has reviewed her company with the 5 stars, she is the same person who has replied to my review and she is the one who handled my payment from this company. Also when I called this company to raise my issue, everyone knew about it apart from Mr. Scott who said," I should speak better English in order to be helped". The contractor from this company who hired my company is very arrogant and demeaning. Just as one person said you are not honest and trustworthy in the review below, it is the same thing I am experiencing and I have all what it takes to prove it. The positive reviews are theirs not from customers one example is Clarissa Bradford! Save yourself from stress and look for another honest company.
