Update 4/28/22: It has been several years since I've had this done. To date I've had zero returns on this investment and I still have issues with my siding from them taking it off and putting it back on to do their work. I have to climb onto the roof to fix it 3x a year. This is something I truly regret ever having done to my home! My Initial Review: Have had this for about a year & have experienced zero monthly savings in my Duke bill! In fact the so called "savings" are costing me an additional $99 a month for 5 yrs to pay for it. They showed up & was at the house for 8+ hours. I had to call to have them come back because my siding was falling off my house from them & to finish cleaning up the mess they left. In fact my siding is still not hung right. If you have zero insulation in your home this might work but I regret ever having it done.

Nathan came out in the middle of a Saturday to give us a quote and looked under the house in the crawl space, basement and throughout the house. He was really patient and did a great job of explaining the procedures/product. Great salesmanship all around and we couldn't be happier with Joe and workmanship applying the spray foam insulation. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Out of all the things that I had done to my house this one was a complete waste of my money. I was a little reluctant to get this service, but after reading all the 5 star reveiws, i decided to go with this company. I hate getting a service/product and not seeing or feeling a difference afterwards, and with this service being 5k + I was really hoping to see/feel at least a little difference in my energy bill, or at least how comfortable the temp in my my home would be, but i dont. It really hurts knowing I paid 5k+ (That was financed) and feeling completely unsatisfied. I totally flushed money down the toilet. I feel drafts coming through the outlets, the exterior walls of my home are freezing cold just like it was before the service, and the the heat/air does not hold like the commercials mentioned. The installers said that would not be a problem anymore and mentioned that at the least it would prevent me from being able to hear loud noises (like cars and trucks) outside my home my home. I live on a pretty quiet street so that was never an issue. If you want to save yourself a ton of money, don't fall for the deceptive ads seen on TV from them.

That's fine, have them go from outside. They cost me a fortune in patching and repainting. It did not make a difference in the floors being cold. Waste of 3500
Laurie, the readings of thermal imaging with a masonry brick on block home would be difficult to show if there is a lack of insulation due to how these homes are contructed. These homes are like bunkers and the cold can still radiate through the brick and cinder block, however, our foam will act as a thermal break in between these two masonry walls lessing this transfer. The key aspect of our foam within these walls is it will act as an air-barrier and contain what you are inducing into the home, containing the home environment allowing it easier to heat and cool more efficiently. It is important to note there is no heating or cooling source with our insulation, so your walls could still read a cold surface temperature which would not indicate a lack of insulation. If you are experiencing problems please call Grace at our office 513-381-3626 and we can send a technician out to inspect and assure everything is fully insulated.

Almost every home we insulate is done from the exterior, unless the homeowner prefers to have us drill, plug and spackle through the drywall/plaster.
