Rent is pathetic! It’s 905$ for 1 Bedroom that has black mold and god knows what else. 50 year old apartments currently being renovated. Don’t let that entice you as the renovations are looking shallow and pedantic. Bathroom and kitchen amenities will most likely remain obsolete. Extremely loud around these parts due close Industries and weekly unnecessary lawn care! Better yet they care more about there landscaping rather than there tenants.

I've lived here for going on 7 or 8 years and have always been happy with the experience. Apartment living is apartment living so if you're expecting tranquil solitude and zero neighbor issues, then buy a ranch. Maintenance is always very prompt to respond to issues and fixes them as quickly as possible. The townhomes are lovely and spacious.

I lived here for nearly 3 years with my family. The property manager (Michael Atchinson) was always very professional, kind and helpful. The maintenance team was prompt, professional and good natured. I really loved the staff and location. Quiet peaceful safe area.

Hi Sierra, we conduct a criminal background check as part of our screening process, but federal fair housing law prohibits landlords from enforcing a blanket ban on criminal convictions. The nature/severity of the conviction and the amount of time that has passed since the crime occurred are both taken into account.
