I had them install the mulch kit when I bought my mower. Had to get the blades replaced and parts replaced because of a poor install I'm the first 50 hours. I had to take it in again for the same problem in less than 5 hours. They also charged me to pick up and deliver it when they were fixing problems they caused. I would use them for any services because so far they've come across as incompetent.

Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful a little pricey but where can you go now days that isn't.

Washington Tractor was great. So far Pape not so much. Called, got transferred to parts, left message (as they don't seem to answer) leave voicemail and no response X2. I would suggest they look into their voicemail issues it if they want to keep customers. Frustrating to have bought 2 new items in 2020 (Gator and riding mower) and not able to reach the parts dept. I have found most businesses in Mount Vernon provide great customer service.

After ordering a lawn tractor from Lowes, waiting a month for it to arrive, and being terribly disappointed when it arrived damaged, we decided to go to Washington Tractor for our new John Deere. We worked with Vick and he was AWESOME! He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He asked lots of questions to determine our needs and encouraged us to test drive the different models we were considering. We never felt ANY sales pressure. We are kicking ourselves for not going to Washington Tractor first!
