These guys really saved me from a huge crisis. I was up in Skagit County taking care of a million things following my father's death which required tons of phone calls when suddenly my old Pixel stopped working. I went straight to the store and Alex set me up right away with a new phone plus a surprising deal on a better plan. He was very thorough plus had a great sense of compassion and humor you don't see these days in retail and I am so grateful. Made a terrible week a little bit better for me! And even more happy to be a T-Mobile customer.

Jerry, the manager, indicated to TMobile Support whom I was talking to but put on hold, that he has discussed the "installment payments " that I would make on a Hotspot to replace 3 gateways that I kept losing internet with. I had just told the TMOBILE Support person that he had not discussed with me any installment payments and I was surprised because I had told the 1825 Riverside Drive red-headed employee that the gateways cost me nothing but they also didn't work. The TMOBILE Support person came back on the line and said he didn't believe me. WOW. I don't lie but that manager does. Have a lie opinion of TMOBILE and this manager

I went in to the mount vernon store 2 days ago to get my sister a new phone and they opened 3 extra lines on my account without telling me! They talk circles and don't lay out all the details and when I contacted sprint by phone this morning I was told I have to go back to the store to get it settled which I'm not happy about as I have to work for a living but I guess I will take the time off to do it tomorrow because I cannot pay an extra hundred bucks a month so they can get a commission they didn't earn. I will never go into any of their stores again. After being a sprint customer for 20 years I would hope they would do better.

I been for long time a T mobile Customer and I never never was in this situation. This is really sad, with these young people who are so disrespectful ...January 3rd I came back in less than a month to put insurance on my phone because I forgot to put it. I arrived with these guys. They attended me in a very frivolous and rude way. I asked them if I wanted insurance for my phone. They told me we cannot sell it to you and I told them that it was less than two weeks since I had come because of the snow storm. and in a bad way they gave me the most expensive plan, the one that covers phones from 500 dollars onwards, mine cost less than that, I had the cheapest insurance ... they taught that I did not speak English and said in English that they were upset because I told them(Jerry the manager and Edgar) the truth is their service in English and Spanish is more rude than anything(except for a nice guy whose name is Marcos) and they told me the Company charges you for this, it's not our fault. but in a rude way and I told him if you have a bad day I'm sorry. I know how to speak English and I know exactly what you said, he threw the receipt on the counter and I told him to let me know id I can speak with the manager and he told me with his finger I AM THE MANAGER, he threw the papers in his hand on the counter by then. Clients were left seeing their attitudes not approving of this service ... A show indeed ... Because the two young men were so disrespectful and talking very upset that I corrected them. That they want to overcharge me ..I am the manager so, do wherever and he turned around and ignored me and said I have more clients "I have more clients to attend to ... What I told him is that I have met the two previous managers and that it is a shame that being so young they are so, so disrespectful and unscrupulous They do not take good care of people. They do not deserve that job. The truth is ...
